This Terms & Conditions (these “Terms”) govern Your access to and use of volynskygroup.com and find.volynskygroup.com (collectively, the “Site”), operated by The Volynsky Group Real Estate (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), a DBA of Triple Seven Properties LLC. Use of the Site. The Site is provided for informational purposes to help You learn about, buy, sell, or invest in real estate. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse any form, content, or feature of the Site.

Listing Information. Property listing information on the Site may be sourced in whole or in part from the MLS or other third parties. While We strive for accuracy, listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed, and is subject to change, prior sale, or withdrawal without notice. You should independently verify all information before making a real estate decision.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms. By submitting the consent checkbox on a form or through the chat widget on the Site, You agree to join the Company’s SMS messaging program. Program details: message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; You may cancel at any time by texting “STOP”; for help, text “HELP” or contact office@volynskygroup.com; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Intellectual Property. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. If You believe content on the Site infringes Your copyright, please see Our DMCA Copyright Policy.

No Warranty. The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Your use of the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
